How do I book a session?
Simply click the Book Now button and choose the session that works best for you. Once your booking, agreement, and payment are completed, your session is officially reserved.
When is payment due?
Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice unless otherwise stated in your agreement. Your session is not considered fully reserved until all required booking steps are complete.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the terms outlined in your photography agreement.
What should I wear?
What you wear helps determine the location and overall feel of your session. I want the wardrobe, setting, and style to work together naturally and feel intentional. For Palm Beach sessions, bright, colorful clothing is highly encouraged because it photographs beautifully against the tropical surroundings. Please avoid shirts with large logos, loud graphics, or distracting text. After booking, we’ll talk through your outfit ideas and choose a location that fits the look you’re going for. I’m always happy to help with styling suggestions before your session.
Where will my session take place?
Most of my outdoor sessions take place in beautiful Palm Beach, which offers some of my favorite locations and backdrops. During season, however, traffic and parking can sometimes be challenging. For beach sessions, I’m also happy to photograph in Lake Worth Beach or Riviera Beach if Palm Beach feels a little too intimidating to navigate. Have another location in mind? Let me know! I’m happy to travel to a location you love whenever scheduling, access, and distance allow.
Can I purchase additional images?
Absolutely. Your session includes a set number of finished images, but additional edited images may be available for purchase at $50 each. Some sessions may only have a few additional favorites to choose from, while others may have quite a few. It all depends on the session, variety, and number of strong final images we create.
When will I receive my photos?
Your images will be carefully selected and professionally edited before delivery. Most galleries are delivered within 7 days following your session.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course. You’re welcome to bring someone along if having them there will help you feel more comfortable and relaxed during your session.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Florida weather has a personality of its own. 😂 If weather conditions would negatively affect your outdoor session, we’ll work together to reschedule for the next suitable available time.
Do you provide RAW or unedited images?
No. The number of photographs taken during your session does not represent the number of images that will be available in your final gallery. I may photograph multiple frames of the same pose or moment to account for expression, movement, focus, blinking, lighting, and other small variations. I carefully select the strongest images from your session, and only those photographs move on to the editing and delivery process.
RAW or unedited files are not provided for portrait sessions. They are unfinished working files and do not represent my completed work. The only exception may be certain commercial projects involving professional models and specific client requirements.
And with love, please don’t ask me for the RAW files. 😂
How many images will I receive?
The number of finished images included depends on the session you select. Your package will clearly state how many edited digital images are included. I may take many more photographs during your session, but only the strongest images are selected for your final gallery.
